1. Company man
Company man is the one who decides all company policies during the course of the drilling operation

2. Tool pusher
Tool pushers are representatives appointed by contractors in carrying out drilling operations.

3. Driller
Workers who perform drilling operations directly through the controller desks and supporting equipment located near the drawworks.

4. Derickman
Assisting the driller by arranging the drilling pipe that is placed on the top of the drilling rig. Derickman will help in connecting the prepared pipes with drilling equipment.

5. Rotary helper
Rotary helpers are workers who are in charge of handling drilling equipment either to be inserted or removed in the drilling hole. Rotary helpers usually consist of two or three workers.

6. Motor man
The motor man is the person in charge and in charge of handling the prime mover so that the power needs used in the entire drilling unit can be met.
