Ireland, Malta, Mexico, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Greece, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Spain, Slovakia, Estonia, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Portugal, Poland, France.

The below positions are required to be on board by 1st November, in Korea. No time for Korean visas, so you will need to be from a country that has the online travel authorization, and you will need to be fully vaccinated.
